Today I get to participate in another chili cook off. As we all know my chili skills go unmatched. Wish me luck.
Update:
Well ladies and gentle conquistadors… I did not pull of the chili upset I was looking for as the new guy. But it was well received (mine was the first one gone and everyone said they liked it.) Officially I came in 3rd.
I can’t be upset about it. The chili that beat me was amazing. This just means I have to up my game for next year.

So my vacation is over and I am already thinking about when the next one will be… Jen and I had a blast though! Despite the weather being a little on the chili side (65 – 70) we were able to get some beach time in and explore some of the islands.
I would recommend cruising for anyone. It’s super relaxing and involves very little planning. The only downside is it tends to be a little on the older demographic. Still its what you make of it!
